The Rollian was born when Jordan Trieu traded the lab coat for a wok. After years in biomedical science, Jordan chased something more visceral: bold, layered Vietnamese flavor that hits you before the first bite even lands. What started as an obsession with getting the flavor exactly right turned into The Rollian: big, generous portions, deeply savoury broths and sauces, and dishes built on real technique.

The Rollian is all about fresh Vietnamese food with plenty of flavour and plenty to choose from. Our noodle salads are a customer favourite, with seven combinations of protein to choose from, including our crispy katsu chicken, crackling pork, lemongrass beef and grilled chicken.
Looking for something quick? Our bánh mì are made for lunch. Staying a little longer? Try our bao buns, rice dishes, dim sums, spring rolls or cold rolls. With meal deals and generous portions across the menu, there’s always something worth coming back for.
